Do you deliver or ship your leis?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver or ship our leis at this time.

Will my lei be available?

All lei orders, including last minute changes, are subject to availability. We will reach out to you if a substitution is needed. If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will substitute your lei with one that is of equal or greater value.

Are there any surprise charges when I place my order?

Other than taxes, you should not expect any surprise charges. In checkout, your lei order will be taxed according to the rates in the area of our location.

If you do make a last minute change, your order will incur a $30.00 fee.

When should I order my lei?

Orders must be placed at least SEVEN days before your event. However, it is highly recommended that you order two weeks in advance to make sure your flowers are available. Please contact us if you need a lei within a week.

How long will my flower lei last?

The length of time your lei lasts depends on the flowers being used. Typically, our leis will last between 2-4 days.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us. Any changes made to your order must be made seven days before your pickup date. Last minute changes may be made 48 hours before your pickup date but will incur a fee of $30.00.

When should I pick up my lei?

Set your pickup date and time in the cart.

To ensure you have a fresh lei for your event, it is recommended you select a date for local pickup the day of or the day before. If your event falls on a Sunday or Monday, please pick up your lei on Saturday.

No pickups on Sunday or Monday.

All pickup times are between 7:30AM and 10:00AM. Please make sure the booking form info is the same as your checkout info (ie. name, email). If the information does not match, we will be unable to fulfill your order and it will be canceled.

Orders not picked up during this time may be picked up during our pickup times the following day (except Sunday or Monday). If your order is not picked up after the 2nd day, your order will be canceled and your lei will be donated.

If you are unable to pick up your lei order during our pickup hours, please make a note in the “Order Special Instructions” text box at checkout. We will reach out to you to make the necessary arrangements.

Can I return my lei or get a refund?

We do not accept returns.

Order cancellations made more than seven days before the pick up date are entitled to a full refund. Orders that are canceled within seven days of their pick up date will not be refunded.

What is the process for ordering a custom lei?

Simply fill out the form on the custom lei page and we will get in touch with you to confirm details. An invoice will be sent to you once your custom lei order is confirmed. Your invoice must be paid within 2 days of receipt or your order will be canceled.

To ensure the flowers and materials are available to create your custom lei, please fill out the custom lei form at least TWO weeks before your event. If you need a custom lei sooner, please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I care for my lei?

For flower leis, keep the lei in its original package or place it in a plastic bag. If there is excessive moisture in the package, dry off the inside of the package and lightly pat dry with a paper towel. Store the lei in the bottom bins of your fridge close to the door. Make sure there are no fruit or vegetables in the bins.

After wearing, lightly mist lei with water and store as mentioned above. Ti leaf leis should not be misted with water.

For orchids only: Rehydrate droopy flowers by soaking the lei in a bucket of water for about 30 minutes.

What do I do with my lei after my event?

Flower leis should be disposed of respectfully and not tossed into the trash. Each lei is made with love and is meant to be given and received with love. Hawaiians believed that flower leis should be returned to the earth. They can be buried in the earth, burned, or hung up to dry.
